A Director is responsible for representing the community in setting policy for the operations and financial health of the Meadows at Kyle Residential Community, Inc. and with the Board direct and supervise the operations of a General Manager or community management company.

Minimally, a Director will attend meetings of the Board of Directors at least Monthly and the Annual membership meeting held in October.

A Director is a member of the Meadows of Kyle Residential Community, Inc. Board of Directors, which is presided over by a President who serves as the chief executive authority of the Board. An individual Director has no authority of their own except those delegated by the Board together in an open meeting.

Directors serves as both representatives of the community and as leaders of the corporation which control the community land and amenities offered by Meadows at Kyle.

A Director is qualified to run for an officer position.

Must be a member of the Association in Meadows at Kyle community in good standing.

Attend Board meetings at least monthly though sometimes more and attend the HOA Annual Meeting.

Be able to communicate effectively with the public, owner-members of the Association, and represent the HOA in accordance with acceptable standards.
 
Be able to effectively and efficiently voice the concerns of the Meadows at Kyle community.
 
Effective written and verbal skills.

Comply with all the community Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, bylaws, board policy, and other rules and regulations.
